If you, or your organisation work with Youth than you need to know about our Mā te Mahi, Ka Ora programme. This boutique offering, created by the team at TīMī, is designed to clearly identify training and employment pathways for young people. Based on two to three one-on-one interviews, the outcome of our sessions is an individualized career plan for your young person. Our plans can also be tailored to reflect internal opportunities (if your young person is in work) and external opportunities both via employment or further study.

This programme can also be offered within a cultural context and has been successfully delivered to programmes catering for young people who are Māori and Pasifika. If you are helping to transition young people from school to work (or another training option) this programme can compliment and enhance the work that you do.

These workshops are designed for those new to work, new to New Zealand, young people, the long-term unemployed and those returning to work after illness, parenthood and other ‘life’ events which have resulted in a break from work.
